With over forty years of experience, the St-Eustache Quarry has built a dynamic and competent
team to respond to customers’ needs and supply a quality product as well as a large
inventory of products to meet customer demand.

For more than fifteen (15) years, the St-Eustache Quarry has been the largest crushed stone
producer in Quebec and one of the top ten in Canada. It has acquired its reputation over the years by always taking its customers’ satisfaction to heart.

Periodic investments have allowed St-Eustache Quarry to be and to remain number 1.

Our stationary factory continuously produces diverse types of bituminous concrete mixes.

The largest factory for the production of asphalt in Quebec and one of the largest in Canada.

Characteristics of our factory:

• Maximum production capacity: 625 metric tons per hour
• Storage capacity (6 silos): 1,050 metric tons
• Asphalt tanks: 1 x 30,000 gal., 3 x 20,000 gal. and 3 x 10,000 gal. = total of 120,000 gal.
• Heating of asphalt tanks and silos:  hot oil boiler
• Heating of  asphalt: 200,000 000 BTU burner, natural gas
• 9 cold feed bins: total of 720 tons of raw materials
